Silver Creek Cottage near the dunes and beaches

  • Great location for all things Silver Lake. If you love exploring the dunes, sunsets on Lake Michigan, and kayaking this is the spot for you!
    Quaint 960 sq ft ranch style cottage with a great open feel along with a spacious private fully fenced backyard. Lake Michigan is only 1.5 miles away and there is channel access about 400 feet away at the end of Channel Lane along with Silver Lake access points not far away. 30 miles north is Ludington and Muskegon is 40 miles south.
    Make this your Silver Lake get away!

    Please note: This home was built in the 70’s. It is not perfect and has some quirks. It is in the process of being updated.
    This home does not have central air. A window AC is available along with two fans.
    Please treat my home with respect.
