Everything was clean and well maintained and “as stated” in the property description. Our host was very attentive and answered any questions that we had. "The location couldn't be better! We enjoyed the fireworks on the dunes for on the 4th. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the water, sand, sun, and just being together. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and take care of any issue. We definitely recommend this vacation rental."

"We loved it. Big house plenty of room for 3 families. Beautiful views, beach, water toys kept kids busy. A few broken things as expected in a rental but all agree cleanliness was great. Was a little bummed about late 5pm check in. Ben is very accommodating and great communication. We would love to return next year. "

"The property is located just steps from a beautiful section of beach on Lake Michigan. Absolutely cannot beat the location. The home a little older and definitely has a beach cottage feel, but that's part of the charm! Everything was clean and communication with the property manager was prompt. "My family came to stay for a long weekend and we enjoyed the close walking distance to the Ludington downtown area. The common areas of the house were spacious and we enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. Be warned the stairs are pretty steep and besides for the main bedroom, the other beds aren’t that big. It worked out for our family though because there were enough beds and a pullout. The air conditioning worked fantastically while we were there and overall we had a great time! "

"My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at Susan's farmhouse. Great location, SO well stocked and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the location and unlike others we did not find the traffic on the road to be bothersome. Susan was easy to reach at all times and went out of her way to make the house fragrance-free to accommodate my extreme chemical sensitivities. I was SO grateful! But, being sensitive to odors, I may have had a bigger problem with the hard water/anode...

"The house was so cute! Loved the decor. The bedrooms were small but had everything we needed. The view from the living room was beautiful. We had three aduts (sisters) staying there and all of us were completely satisfied. I ptlicked a perfect place for our get away!"
