"We had a wonderful experience. The host was great to work with and accommodated our request to bring a pet after we made our reservation indicating we wouldn't be doing so. The cabin was comfortable. I think my favorite feature was the open concept living room where wecould be together while still engaging in different activities such as reading by the fireplace, wat hing TV, cooking in the kitchen and playing games at the table. The view was great, and while the cabin wasn't right on the lakeshore, we could see the sand dunes and the lake from the cabin. We also liked that the cabin felt secluded due to its long drive even though there were other homes visible. It was a perfect getaway to relax and spend time with family."

"Host was friendly and responsive. Access was easy. Everything worked. Beds and linens were good. Furniture was comfortable. View was awesome from the house/living room. A minor thing was no TV signal. Would recommend to friends."

"We rented this for a company retreat and each owner had their own private space plus we had several options for space to all be together as a group (there were 16 of us) The view is fabulous, the whole set up was just perfect for our large group. "

"Huge home! Fit all of us comfortably and had so much fun. Loved all of the games downstairs with the fire pit. Very clean and had everything needed to pick up messes also. "

"Really easy check in process and amazing communication with the host. We stayed here last year as well and will probably be using this place every year we come to the dunes. The place had bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, propane for the grill, garbage bags, fire starters, and laundry. Couple of spiders/bugs here and there, but overall a great place to stay for the weekend. If you have a big group, would recommend some bringing their own shower towels. "

"We were in the area for riding the sand dunes and had a trailer with a sxs. The photos do not show a fence along the front of the property so we unloaded our machine parked it in yard and then unhooked trailer and pushed it into yard. There is a property with a camper across the driveway makes maneuvering a little tight. These are just FYI’s not complaints. One of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom, we only needed two bedrooms so it was fine. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, coffee filters and your basic seasonings. If there’s 3 couples definitely need to make sure to have a cooler the refrigerator is an antique and smaller sized. No A/C but plenty of fans. Coke cabin was clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"We had an amazing experience staying at Sandpiper cottage. The home was exactly as described - huge deck, clean, cozy and well-equipped with everything We needed. The location was perfect close to Silver Lake Dunes or Cherry Point Farm and Market where we had Fish Boil Dinner.Check in was smooth and communication with the host was fast and helpful. We especially appreciated beautiful view and beach and kayak. The area has many nice hiking trails, apple peach farms and winery.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
