"The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. We arrived late due to the snow delaying us with blocked roads, and detours. The restaurant had closed, but they opened it up for us. The fish and chips were great. Great full Scottish breakfast set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again if up that way. The staff are very friendly and could not do enough to help. "

"Beautiful building in a lovely location just outside of Aberdeen. Lovely and clean, staff very friendly. Fridge in the room with bottles of water which is always good Slightly disappointed with the evening meal as the menu said 'hand cut chips' but they were just oven chips out of a bag. That said, I will definitely stay again "

"The hotel is beautiful. The dinner (fajitas) was yummy. The staff were lovely and polite. The poll was rather noisy as ut has kids classes, but it wasnt crowded. I srill relaxed. "

"Room is clean just a little disappointed with bed very noisy and creeks not sure if springs was gone or what. Breakfast was good. The only disappointment was being woken up at 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning with cleaners banging doors and cleaning away. I know it’s their job but just thought on a Sunday when folk are trying to sleep a little consideration could go a long way. "

"This is a quaint hotel opposite the water just like a fishing village you see on television shows, we had a one night stay was a last minute booking as we were travelling through the area. The room was spacious, clean and located part of the hotel is a pub and the restaurant food and service was excellent. "
