Nice Hotel .. old but has been kept up. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Nice pool area. Would recommend. Good value for price paid. Breakfast was just OK.

Decent hotel, overpriced food.

No real issues with the hotel other than very hard beds! Breakfast was decent. Had dinner there and it was rather overpriced for what it was. We assumed we would have the discounted rate as a hotel guest since we had automatically received that rate at the previous Inatel but discovered we did not qualify without some membership that was not offered or explained. $21 for a pretty simple biffet not including drinks was a bit high.

J'ai eu une chambre avec un petit lit au lieu d'un grand lit comme sur ma reservation avec des vieux sanitaires avec eau chaude fluctuante ( pas de mitigeur) donc pas simple pour regler les temparuture . Heureusement je suis adulte mais un enfant se brulerais . La 3 eme nuit jai demenage dans une plis grnade chambre avec 2 lits simple c'est deja plus confortable et des sanitaires neufs et une belle vue ca allait mieux vu le prix de la chambre (54€) Par contre mercredi au petit dejeuner fruits au sirop( poire) perime et piquant pas cool . La 1 ere nuit énormément de bruit entre 2h30 et 3h30, il y a un gardien normalement...

Très belle accueil et magnifique entrée

Uma grande desilusão!

Comodidades muito antigas! Urgentemente a precisar de remodelação. Cheiro a naftalina nos quartos muito encomodativo. Ouve-se todos os ruídos do piso de baixo, incluindo o barulho constante do elevador. O quarto não tinha uma única tomada disponível a não ser a da tv, que tivemos de desligar para poder carregar o telemóvel. O pequeno almoço foi razoável.

Hotel a precisar de obras. Quartos com as condições mínimas. Casa de banho em muito mau estado; chuveiro e descarga da sanita funcionam mal. Muito barulho, quer dos quartos do piso de cima (23h e andavam a arrastar moveis), quer dos quartos ao lado. Pequeno almoço bom.

Des odeurs.

Nous avons passés une seule nuit à l hotel intel à Luso, nous avons aéré notre chambre pendant le dîner, car l'odeur dans l'établissement et quasi insupportable. On nous à changer de chambre, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et la seconde était pratiquement inutilisable.

Séjour plutot agréable

Personnel aimable et accueillant, particulièrement au restaurant. Possibilité d'avoir un repas le soir à un prix correct, pour une cuisine familiale avec des bons produits. Charme de l'hôtel, un peu ancien mais bien entretenu. Cependant problème d'isolation...quasiment nulle entre 2 chambres... Beau point de vue sur la montagne et le village.
