The room was clean, comfortable. The bathroom was nice with good pressure and hot water. There are some things that need to TLC such as the hallway damp smell and retouching paint and furnishings. The elevator looked rough but worked fine. Overall, a solid no frills stay without issue.

My room was very cleaned and well maintained. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. They knew how to accommodate the guest at the hotel.

The Butler House was a wonderful stay! The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and designed to feel both cozy and upscale. The location is perfect, just minutes from downtown Covington. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!
