Hyatt Place National Harbor
Very friendly and attentive staff. Probably the only ones nice at national harbor when almost everyone at other shops and restaurants were rude or just didn't care. Very clean hotel and nice view in the room.

The King Street House by Kasa
Great location. Despite not having anyone on site, the were quick and responsive through text. It is small. But it has everything you need.

The Blue Crab Beach House - Free beach passes
The host was wonderful to work with. We had to come in the area for a funeral so we weren't around much. The house was a block away from the boardwalk which is great for summertime.
