Enjoy a cozy holiday getaway in our peaceful rural home.

  • Wanda's Wish is a great Lake Texoma getaway that is a peaceful, country home and is centrally located to many of the local attractions. Choctaw Casino is an easy 10 min drive. Lake Texoma is a short drive, with Johnson Creek and Willow Springs being approx. 8 miles away. The city of Durant is 6 miles east. A cozy vacation getaway...perfect for your family. Driveway is large enough for three trucks and trailers. Sleeps 5-7. Blow up mattress available upon request. NOTE: Wifi is currently not available in our area..hopefully coming soon!

Cozy spot to unwind after long days of wrestling. Enjoyed the quiet area and big yard! Easy 30 min drive over to Texas with lots of shopping. Owner was very responsive and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely loved this place. Very well stocked and clean. Snacks was left by the front door as well as the book with the house rules and etc. Would recommend to absolutely everyone. Great hosts. Excellent price for your stay.

Fishing Trip

My buddy and I booked a fishing trip to Lake Texoma and wanted a house close by. We saw this place and liked the reviews, so we booked it. We could not be happier. It was very neat and clean and close to where we met our fishing guide. We will definitely use again!

Peaceful And Homey Stay

Great host and property. Everything was clean, and felt very homey, this house has great character. The shower has *fantastic* water pressure. Location is easy to find, I arrived after dark and had no issues getting here. Quiet location with ample parking. Would recommend for a peaceful stay in this area and we would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here! The pictures honestly do not do it justice. 6 of us stayed comfortably. Showers were great. Beds were comfy. Availability of amenities was superior. Location was quiet and close to lots to do. I hope we can return soon!

Another great stay!

Wanda’s Wish is a special home for me and my family. Both my brother and I were adopted to different families at birth. We found and met each other 51 years ago. We celebrated our 50th and now our 51st anniversary at Wanda’s wish. Marcy is a wonderful host and we plan on spending as many more anniversaries with her!Very comfortable home, clean and beautiful decorated!

Great family home

Macy wish was an incredible house that my family and I stayed at. Very clean and had tons of space. My kids enjoyed the big yard to play football in. Macy even left snacks and kids toys for my boys to play with as well as family board games to keep us entertained. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a great clean house. Plus we were close to everything in town. There was plenty of clean towels and liens and the washer and dryer was the bonus. I didn’t have to go home with dirty clothes that’s a win.Will stay again when we are in mead.
