"We had to call 3 times to get our room cleaned, when we complained they said they only clean every 3rd day. They should have told us that at check in. We even spoke with the manager. I had to call again for clean towels and coffee. NOT once did they vacuum our room and our trash was over flowing and they finally emptied it the day before we left . We spent 5 nights there and it was the worst experience ever. We talked with the hotel manager and housekeeper manager and your staff is only as good as they are. They don’t care and it shows in the staff"

"Great location, right on the river. The restaurant and bar are both open-concept and sunny, with windows overlooking the river. Friendly, professional staff. The wait staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A great brewpub (Post Falls Brewing) is down the street- an easy walk from the hotel. As well other eating/drinking places - just a short walk away. Great place for a get-away!"

"All good but shower wasn’t very hot, warm to hot but a few more degrees would have made the shower and stay perfect. Also I wish they’d clean the room- empty garbage cans once daily. Would’ve been ok if I wasn’t there for four nights. Plus I didn’t have a coffee machine like my friend had in his down the hall. The coffee was always ready to go in the lobby so no big deal. Comfortable and I’ll stay there again when I’m back in Spokane. This happens 3-5 times a year. "
