About this space:
Amazing location in this adorable furnished monthly rental! Two blocks from Downtown 3rd street restaurants and shopping, in a private second story suite of our historic home, with separate entrance. One block from large city park, aquatic center and gym facility, tennis courts and library.

The space:

1 Queen Bedroom
+Bonus room with Twin bed (sloped ceiling)
Both bedrooms have window A/C units.

Kitchenette includes refrigerator, induction burners, microwave, toaster oven, crock pot, blender, coffee maker. Please note this unit does not have a full size oven or dishwasher.

Street parking. Private entrance is up a full set of stairs on the right side of the porch. Keypad entry. Living & dining room space separates the two bedrooms.

Other things to note:
Our lovingly updated 1916 home comes with much of the old house charm, including squeaky floors---but please don’t feel like you need to tiptoe around! Settle right in, get comfortable and enjoy your stay.
