Spacious, charming, and full of history — this beautifully restored home is designed for unforgettable gatherings! Just a 5-minute stroll to McMinnville’s beloved 3rd Street or Linfield University, you’ll be perfectly situated to experience small-town charm, browse local boutiques, dine at top-rated restaurants, or venture out to explore the hundreds of wineries that make Oregon Wine Country so special.
The Space
You’ll have the entire home to yourself during your stay!
Nestled along Baker Street—right between Linfield University and downtown McMinnville—this large, historic home sits in a neighborhood that blends homes and small businesses, adding to its unique, authentic feel. Because Baker Street is a main route through town, you may hear some daytime traffic, but it generally quiets down after 9 p.m. For a peaceful night’s rest, every bedroom is equipped with a sound machine.
Inside, you’ll find a welcoming living room centered around a beautiful fireplace and leaded-glass windows, plus an adjoining dining area with a long table that comfortably seats up to 14 guests—perfect for shared meals or game nights.
The kitchen features a large island and is stocked with every tool you could need. Guests frequently comment on how thoughtfully equipped it is—but if there’s something specific you’d like, just let us know!
All bedding is from Simply Organic Bamboo, chosen for its sustainable, ultra-soft, and hypoallergenic qualities—guests consistently say it’s the best sleep they’ve had away from home.
The main floor includes one bedroom with a queen bed, desk/vanity, and private full bath.
On the second floor, you’ll find four more bedrooms (three with queen beds, one with a full), each with its own private bathroom and a small workspace or vanity.
The third floor offers two additional bedrooms (one queen, one with two twins), another full bathroom, and a flexible lounge area with a kitchenette, fridge, and sofa—ideal for quiet mornings or late-night chats.
Step outside to a beautiful patio space featuring a covered dining area, outdoor lounge furniture, a gas grill, and a fireside chat table. Enjoy friendly games of cornhole, giant Connect Four, ladder ball, or Jenga under the glow of Edison string lights.
Parking is easy, with a wide driveway on the left side of the home and extra parking available on the gravel pad at the rear.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home and all outdoor spaces. The patio area is equipped with comfortable furniture, string lighting, and plenty of space to gather or unwind.
Other Things to Note
Our location on Baker Street puts you right between Linfield University and downtown—just minutes from shops, tasting rooms, and local dining. The area has both residential homes and small businesses, adding a touch of small-town authenticity.
Because we’re on one of McMinnville’s main streets, some traffic noise is to be expected during the day, but things usually quiet down around 9–10 p.m. To ensure a restful night, we’ve included sound machines in every bedroom.
A few guests have mentioned the street noise, but we’re proud to note that it’s never impacted a single review—most guests say the convenient location more than makes up for it.
