  • Stay in a beautifully restored 1910 bungalow with a charming carriage house that transforms into a covered open-air entertaining space, in the heart of McMinnville Wine Country. Just one block from top wine tasting rooms, chef-driven dining, boutique shops, art galleries, and festivals. This walkable retreat blends historic character with modern comfort. The home offers excellent privacy for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The private primary suite offers a king bed and a beautifully designed compact ensuite bath. In a unique historic touch, original French doors from the home were converted into a sliding barn-style door, paired with a fully tiled bath and updated fixtures. At the opposite end of the home, a spacious 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, with an adjacent full bathroom that also serves as the home's main bathroom. Just off to the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, which adds extra convenience for longer stays.

Outdoor living is where this property truly shines. Enjoy the classic covered front porch with comfortable lounge chairs—perfect for sipping coffee and watching the neighborhood stroll by. Out back, open the historic roller door, and the carriage house transforms into a covered open-air entertaining space that flows directly into the fully fenced yard. With ceiling string lights, a rustic wood slab table on wine barrels, bistro chairs, and the BBQ placed right at the entrance, it’s the perfect spot to gather with your pups, enjoy umbrella shade during the day, or the heat lamp, and twinkle lights in the evening.
