"All over experience is good about this hotel ."

"The hotel is very well maintained and located close to the main market. However, it is adjacent to a half finished property with a stay order and a little difficult to find since it is behind another hotel. That being said the views from the 5th floor rooms that we booked-509 and 510 were worth a million bucks. Their breakfast is delicious and varied with hot and cold items and Indian and continental fare. Would recommend this place."

"The room was very clean and the hotel location is in a peaceful forest 15 minutes walk to McLeod Ganj where the Dalai Lama lives and the main square. The food at breakfast was excellent and you can ask for things like bananas that were not on the table. The staff were attentive. Our laundry service was excellent as well."

"The only pro is the location, everything else is below average. They falsely advertise self parking available but there are only two parking spots, 1 for the owner, another for 1 customer. Luckily there is a public parking lot close by. The rooms, sheets, towels, everything smelled awful like they haven't been replaced in years. Stay literally anywhere else. "There were no heating in the rooms on a very cold day, infact the owner wanted additional money for providing heaters for each room. Toilet paper on the room was soaking wet and quite disgusting Linens had blood stains and smelly Locks on the bedroom were very shaky and could be opened with any key. Made us feel very unsafe When asked for recommendations manager was not very helpful and we felt only recommended spots and vendors where he had a previous arrangement with We weren't able to take...

"The hotel looks good, the view from the room is great, just opposite of Bhagsunag water fall, got exactly the same room as shown in the app, staff behavior is awesome, good cook, food offered was great, various food options available. The only problem is this hotel is situated in Dharamkot which is a bit far from the main market."
