"The condo was very well positioned. We were able to park directly in front of the unit. The location was excellent given you are right on the beach. Seeing the sunrise everyday was ablessing in itself. Cleanliness and convenience to everything was great. Thanks for a joyful, pleasent experience."

"Definitely met expectations. House is very spacious. Pool is really a nice alternative to the beach. Elevator for older folks was very convenient (once you got use to closing all doors). Would choose it again for our 15 ppl group (20 ppl would be tight with the bedrooms). 2nd floor kitchen floor will need to be replaced at some point but other than that it was great!!"

"We honestly enjoyed our stay and would have no problem recommending the property based on the overall experience. The home was comfortable, and we had a nice time.Our main disappointment was the 260 cleaning fee. For that amount, we expected the home to be thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Unfortunately, I had to clean the bathtub, clean the coffee maker, and sweep the floors and the steps myself. I understand that cleaning fees are part of renting a vacation home, but 260 is a substantial fee, and I feel the cleanliness should have reflected that cost.We also had an issue with the refrigerator/freezer. We understand that the instructions mention that it can take some time for the refrigerator to get cold after arrival, and we were prepared to give it time. However, even after three days, it still was not functioning properly. We were barely getting any ice—approximately 12 ice cubes at a time—and we were unable to keep ice cream frozen. So, unfortunately, this wasn't simply an issue of the refrigerator needing a little extra time to cool down.Aside from these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the property. We just feel that for the cleaning fee and overall cost of the stay, these are things that should have been addressed before guests arrived"

"We stayed for 4 nights, July 17 -21, with 9 adults and 9 children. The condo was clean and way more roomy than I expected. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking in addition to sufficient plates, cups and flatware. The location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores. We walked to the Melt every night for ice cream. The beach could be seen from the top two floors (side view). Not directly ocean front but didn’t have to cross the street to go to the beach. Everyone had a great time. The major downside was the small pool, but we spent our time at the beach. Parking was tight but we always found spaces to park. If you are looking for a large unit to accommodate a large group I highly recommend this unit. We have always rented houses in North Myrtle Beach in October. This condo was roomier and nicer than any 8 bedroom house we have rented."

"We had an amazing time the walk to beach was pleasant. We rented a golf cart for the week and that was also nice. The AC wasn’t working properly on Saturday, Sunday I sent an email and they had someone out in hours and had it fixed on a Sunday!!! That was awesome the communication was amazing. The pool was nice we were in it all day. Such a beautiful house and a wonderful time."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The oceanfront view was breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves every morning made our vacation even more special. The home was spacious, with more than enough room for our entire family to relax comfortably without feeling crowded.The location was perfect close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions while still providing a peaceful beachfront atmosphere. The amenities were excellent and had everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped.We couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!"
