"When w got there, the internet was down , but the front desk young lady has no problem getting us checked in and was just so helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was hot and the staff was exceptional. The hot water in the shower never got very hot, but that was the only thing I would have changed. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Loved the welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. The breakfast was well stocked and inviting, room was clean and everything worked as it should in the room. We enjoyed the rocking chairs down by the river. Owner and staff were pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book again on a return visit!!"

"Overall the property was clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great, pool water was warm. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The riverwalk and gazebo area with grills was nice. I do wish there were signs not to feed the geese/ducks bread (there were faded signs that said not to feed them at all, but bread is especially bad for them)."

"Resort at Governors Crossing was very clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. We experienced little noise in our room. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The indoor waterpark and pool area stay open late, which is a big plus for our family as we are not early risers."

"OK, pool was not heated like they said it would be . No wash cloths . Only one elevator was working. The bed was very comfy .The staff was great. The lady that worked the breakfast buffet was great."
