"This property was absolutely beautiful and even better than we expected. There were so many thoughtful extras available that weren’t even mentioned in the listing, and they made our stay even more enjoyable.We spent most of our time just relaxing on the property because it was so peaceful. One of our favorite parts was the ponies. We brought them apples and carrots before our wedding, and they happily wandered over, making their way into our wedding photos and video. It was such a special and unexpected touch.We had originally planned to get married on the sandbar, but flooding made that impossible. Thankfully, the property was so gorgeous that we were able to move the ceremony in front of the horse pasture, and honestly, it couldn’t have turned out more perfectly.We added a painted rock to their guest rock wall before we left. It was such a fun tradition to be a part of and another example of all the thoughtful little touches that make this place feel special.If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful scenery and wonderful hosts, we can’t recommend this place enough. We would absolutely stay here again."
