"The staff was very friendly. However, our light fixture was broke upon arrival and hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom. There were discarded chicken bones found on top of the toilet seat (even though housekeeping had just left the room), and our bathroom flooded pretty much each time one of us took a shower. It’s a great location along the parade route, but could use some major updates! "

"She put on some lights when we were going to get there in the dark. She didn’t care that a lamp fell over by accident. The house had everything we needed. She was prompt in answering any emails. The location was perfect. The only thing that I would change would be is to put a safety bar in the shower."
