"Its a very colorful place the cabins are perfect. I have stayed a couple times and never been disappointed. The fireworks are the best in the area. I am going back and stay a week. "

The Cozy Cove - Lake House on Lake Wylie Nc
10/10 Excellent
"We have stayed here multiple times and once again had a great experience! "
"The property is beautiful! The home was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the private beach and took the kayaks out on the lake. We ate our meals looking out at the water and spent our evenings sitting on the dock. Our stay was everything we hoped it would be!"
"The property was very clean and the houses are very well maintained. The swimming pool was not operational. The road into the property is horrible they need to work on paving the entrance. The check in didn't go well we arrived after 5:30 pm and the office was closed and there was some difficulties getting checked in but eventually they got it straight. The views to the lake are beautiful very serene. I highly recommend this place. For the cosst it is hard to beat. The pros out weigh the cons."
"Area felt dangerous and had loud music blaring till 12am. Thank you for teaching us a lesson in triple checking reviews and area before. Will never make this mistake again. Cabin was filthy and they just tried to cover it with glade scent vaporizer. Towels and shower were disgusting. I wish I could say better about this place I really wanted it to be nice."
"The location was perfect and amazing stay. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing."
Perfect Winter Lake Getaway Villa on Lake Wylie - Family Friendly + Lovers Dream
10/10 Excellent
"Stunning view. Good pier fishing, fire pit availability, beautiful landscaping, and wonderful n thoughtful accommodations. Will return with relatives our next visit to Charlotte. Wishing the owners nothing but the best for their hard work."
"The door entrance you sent via a picture was not the main door. I then walked around and found the lockbox. I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe. Finding light switches in the dark was difficult especially when they’re not in normal areas like the door. You only had one cloths hanger & no dresser. The toilet should have had directions. I only went #1 and not possible for a #2. I flushed the entire thing down and within a short time it filled right back up with my urine and it kept getting higher each time. A houseboat should be empty or at least verified prior to a stay that a guest could flush. The blinds in the bedroom are all damaged with missing sections. The floor hole that has patch work on it is a tripping hazard and should be fixed. Road leading to your park with the rocks and over 30 potholes are terrible. I spent one night out of four nights. I will agree to pay for the one night but since I left your dump I should be credited with the rest. "
"This is an older home which has recently been converted to a rental. It is located in the beautiful gated community of River Hills. Getting in/out was very easy. The house is in good condition and served my family well for our four night stay. We made use of the kayaks, launched from the beach. There is no dock. Communication was very good with the host."
"I had an awesome time in cabin #4! I enjoyed the gorgeous view of the lake and had fun paddleboarding from the marina steps away. Although I was in the water with a snake swimming close by, I felt safe with many visitors nearby. The staff on property were friendly and helpful. The Friday night movie was a lot of fun and the firepit felt cozy and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
