"This property is older but impeccably maintained. Staff is super friendly - especially Savanah, who greeted us with a smile and was helpful and kind in everyway. We had booked another 'resort' for the week only to cancel after one night. We were able to book a room at Tapatio Cliffs for the remainder of our trip and Savanah put us in the perfect room after hearing our stories of woe from the other property we had left. We encountered staff all over the resort and all were beyond friendly and kind. Thank you Tapatio Cliffs for saving our girls' trip! Best part is we stayed within the budget we had set for our lodging. "

"Phoenix resort is a great place fir a staycation, great waterpark, nice staff, accommodating for extra fluffy parents and special needs guests, even has a chair to help with wheelchair transfers. "Excellent gym, pools, property. What impressed me most was the house keeping staf. I travel a lot and stay and many hotels. The housekeeping staff thought of everything. They noticed that I had left glasses on my night stand. That evening I found a lens cleaner cloth next to my glasses. They had also organized all my chargers and bundled them for easy use. "
