When we arrived the website said that we were going to have to pay an additional $10 and when we got there it was $50 instead
Then the room that they put us in was dirty and the bathroom was flooded where the toilet was with a towel wrapped around the bottom of the toilet
We would like our money back for this stay it was nasty!

I checked in and told the regustratio
n person that i couldnt safely go up stairs. She told me that was the room i reserved. And when asked about a room downstairs she told me there wasnt any. After almist falling going upstairs to my room. I encountered absolutely filthy towels that looked like they were cleaning rags. I got dressed took the towels downstairs and showed her the towels and told her i was checking out. All she said was ok. This is not permissible abd it is a health hazard
