"The carpet is stained and they don't have any shower caps available even at the front desk. Parts of the outside building are rotting off. Maybe I had too high expectations but if you're going to charge me a cleaning fee for my dog the carpet should be clean when I get in there."

"Fairbridge is a more budget friendly place and that was what I was looking for but I was disappointed that I came into the room to find the bathroom light out and the place looked pretty shabby. The highlight of my stay was the front desk lady, Holly. She was very kind and helpful."
