Newly decorated stylish cabin on the Golf course and 3min walk to Lake, Davis Beach and Ponderosa State Park. You can Snow Shoe or Cross Country Ski in/out of this cabin in winters. Only a short 3min drive or 5min bike ride to downtown restaurants. Three bedrooms all with King beds to accommodate a large group. Game room with Arcades, Atari video game, Foosball, Dartboard, Board Games and Arcade Basketball. Pellet fireplace and heated floors. Hot tub and Firepit. Snow shoes, sleds, beach equipment! PETS: Pets are allowed, select number of pets during booking. $125 per pet.

RULES: Quiet hours from 9PM-7AM. Please keep noise down during those hours.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. Contact host if you are under 25 years of age.
