If you have dirty dishes not a problem. As currently our dishwasher is out of service.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK-IN YOUR FURRY FRIENDS. IF YOU DON'T A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED.
Please turn off lights and take out trash upon check out and set A/C to 78 °, gather all towels in bin and lastly lock doors please.

Avoid: Severe Disrepair & Policy ViolationsI cannot recommend this property due to maintenance failures, safety hazards, and unprofessional conduct.Sanitation: The fridge was a biohazard (rotten/slimy). Hosts used coffee/baking soda to mask odors rather than cleaning. I spent 3 hours cleaning it myself; the host later claimed I should have called for a "cleaning closet code" rather than expecting a clean unit upon arrival.Safety Hazards: Kitchen cabinets are hanging by single hinges, floor tiles are tripping hazards, and a pergola post is held together by a bungee cord. The yard is full of scrap metal and broken equipment—significant hazards for children despite host claims to "ignore" them.Host Misconduct: Management solicited payments via Zelle (documented in VRBO chat). After I requested a cleaning refund, the host retaliated with false pet damage claims; the property has no carpet, making their claims demonstrably fraudulent.Traveler Tip: Take dated photos of all rooms and appliances immediately upon arrival to protect against retaliatory damage claims. This unit does not match the listing photos and is poorly maintained.
