hotel muy agradable cerca del outlet
cerca del outlet, personal muy amable y amistoso, el la mañana almorzamos en el restaurant del hotel y siven comida mexicana muy rica, con el sazon de mexico, la barcacoa de res y el menudo estuvieron muy ricos, sabrosas asi como las tortillas de maiz y harina, a por ciertto el cafe tambien muy sabroso.

Pésimo hotel
La recepción olía a baño público, el cuarto a viejo, el colchón estaba manchado, las toallas también tenían manchas, mi esposo se cortó con un resorte del colchón y los del hotel no hicieron nada al respecto.

Buen hotel cerca de los outlets y Mcallen, mobiliario viejo, algunos cuartos sin frigo ni micro, olor a humedad por las alfombras, personal agradable, rapido check inn, alberca de buen tamaño!' Si lo recomendaria!!

El hotel no tenía registrada la reserva por parte de hoteles.com, me dijeron que no recibieron el fax y tuve que solicitar habitación ahí mismo con riesgo de no encontrar. No tengo forma de saber si la falla fue de hoteles.com o del hotel.

Asqueroso, cucarachas !!!
Muy mala experiencia !!!, habitaciones con cucarachas !!!, olor a drenaje y sábanas sucias con sudor. increíble que el departamento de Sanidad le permita estar abierto
