While I understand this business, this site needs improvement. From the exterior, the grass was not well groomed at all. The grass was overgrown to at least the knee high. The ac was not functioning well and the interior was not pleasant. The sheets in first bedroom were stained -not very clean and the pull out couch bedding had visible body hair in. The site did not have sufficient towels for bathing. If you look past the high grass, unclean bedding and mediocre cool air, you couldn’t overlook the unsecured side door which had visible damage as if it were kicked in by burglars or law enforcement. I’ve used VRBO for several out of town stay overs and this site takes the cake for most unpleasant adventure. I am not trying to be mean, but the owner must know there is a lot of room for improvement. The second half of my party refused to stay over…t was that uncomfortable.
