After explaining that I had a receipt from hotels.com, and the reservation was for 2 kings for 2 adults, they said I owed twice what I already paid to hotels.com. "I was not having the best to ever, then I got to Kiowa. From the moment I booked. They were the first ever to give me a call to confirm reservations and ask when I would be arriving, to ensure my room would be ready. The whole experience was awesome.
