When we arrived we had food in the sister lodge next door 2 mins walk away but it was stunning. Braai buffet style. Then had dinner and breakfast as Muluwa on our last night as it was reopened with new management. Absolutely perfect. Cannot fault it. We paid for a couple of the excursions. The sunset picnic was lovely. Whole day game drive was SO worth it with our lovely guide Liza. And massages were so good. This place really felt like a relaxing perfect start to our trip in SA. New manager was amazing too, helped us plan 2 days in panorama route after leaving Muluwa. We also walked the trail from the hotel and it was slightly overgrown but still some great views.

Beautiful complex, every staff member were extremely nice and helpful. Checkin was smooth and simple. The walk to the spa is quite beautiful if the grass is tall enough which it was for us. The surrounding is serene with cute bushbucks walking around. The tents and views from them are gorgeous!

The views from the property were amazing. Great to see wildlife just walking around. The food and drinks were great. I did find a few bugs crawling in the room, but nothing major. The bed was comfortable.

Dear Anonymous
Thank you for sharing your experience at Muluwa Lodge with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the views and our catering!
As much as we try to keep the critters out, we are situated in the bush and a few do manage to find their way in.
Luckily all rooms are equipped with bug spray and mosquito repellent, which will help to ensure a peaceful night's rest.
We hope to welcome you back soon!
Kind regards
Great stay in wonderful wildlife estate. Tiaan was specifically helpful and friendly but all the staff were great!

The accommodation is incredibly well designed and maintained and the views are spectacular. All staff extremely helpful and considerate. Very handy for Kruger and the herd of Nyala grazing outside the house confirmed you were in the bush.
Do not use Google maps for guidance, you will be lost until the directions are corrected.
