I have no idea what the $62 resort fee per day was for. There were no seats or chairs available up at the pool except if I paid for them or bought a cabana. I was told if I joined Caesars I would get a free drink. I was not told that it was only $20 towards a $25 drink, nor was I told that there were only two places at planet Hollywood. I could get that drink. Once I joined, the voucher stated those things, but it was too late. I had already joined and I shouldn’t have. There wasn’t even any coffee in the room which I would’ve minimally expected for a resort fee. It also took almost 2 hours for us to get our luggage from the time we got off the bus until it showed up at our door.
