We did enjoy our two-night stay at the Las Vegas hotel. The staff was super nice and the grounds wonderful. Only disappointment, which had nothing to do with the hotel itself, was the distance to Lake Nburo N.P., which was a lot further than we had anticipated.

Stayed one night. Not a bad place to stay as the rooms are clean and functional. The design however is something else. Rooms with windows facing corridors not to mention toilets that can only be used sitting sideways and showers that not well thought through. Use of a professional architect would have gone a long way to making this work. Nevertheless the staff are friendly and the food is excellent with generous portions.

The hotel was very clean and the bell boy who meets you is absolutely lovely. The room was great, pool lovely and great amenities. It is a very large hotel so you need to get your bearings. However, I thought the food was very poor. I ordered fish and it was booked so much that it was like hard chicken. The chef needs to have some more training cause it wasn't very nice. Also, the staff didnt seem to know the food menu at all, even though the three venues have the same menu. It was also very slow service.

This was our first stay in the hotel and we were very impressed. The hotel room, welcome from reception and staff and customer service when dining for both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Special shout out to Stephen and Nixon who looked after us when dining in the restaurant. Although this was a base for travelling, we made use of the spa facilities which were also excellent. We will definitely be back again.

A/C didnt work and room was hot at night with lots of mosquitoes. No water pressure in shower - literally a trickle. At breakfast my omelette had eggshell in. They took 30mins to arrange my bill and check out even though I prepaid for the room and only stayed 1 night. They took another 30mins to iron 1 shirt and charged me 3000 ugx for it.
