"Staff are nice. Owner responds to messages sent through Expedia very quickly. One major con for this property is its distance from Goreme or Urgup. You need a taxi for everything. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Cave Art Hotel. This hotel would get 10 stars from us!!Our hosts were so helpful and kind and the room was cozy and beautiful. The breakfast is more than plentiful with great variety and very fresh and served to your table with beautiful presentation.The neighborhood is quiet and lovely to walk around with great restaurants nearby. "Really nice cave hotel in the sleepy little town of Mustafapasa. Room was nice and cool (great to beat the blazing Cappadocia summer heat) and had an enormous bathroom. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily and terrace is great for hanging out. It is on top of a hill so if you’re planning to walk, be aware of that. Hotel staff speak a little English but were very handy with Google Translate and helped us with all sorts of requests, including bus service, balloon rides, taxi service etc. Housekeeping every 2-3 days.
Note that despite the address, this hotel is NOT in Urgup (which is what I thought when I booked). It’s in Mustafapasa, a small town about 11 min away from Urgup. If you’re driving or doing tours, it doesn’t really matter, but if you’re taking public transit it is somewhat inconvenient as you need to take the bus to Urgup before transferring to further destinations."

A large Breakfast was served every morning featuring a delicious selection of fresh bread, pastries, local cheeses, olives, jams, honey, salads, tahini and eggs with fries, along with hot and cold drinks.
Wifi worked perfectly and the hotel is perfectly situated to explore the many delights of the region
