Great location
Great resort and condo has everything one needs. It has already been used quite a bit - some touch-ups and additional maintenance would be nice. Very responsive and flexible owner.

We had a wonderful stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. It’s hard to beat laying in bed and hearing the waves crash! We would definitely stay here again.

Great property on the beach. The swimming pool in our building was under maintenance, but we could use one in the adjacent building. We had a small problem with water dripping from an air conditioner in the ceiling.

poor maintenance
this unit has not been maintained properly. When we got there the washing machine and dryer were not working, the dryer got fixed after we complained by the washing machine did not. Very inconvenient for a two week stay. The master bedroom sinks were disfunctional, we complained, by they were unrepaired when we left, so tried to use the second bedroom bathroom. but no drapes in the window in that bedroom which looks on the walkway, so we had to hang a sheet over the window.. I love Estrella Del Mar and will be coming back, but not to this unit

Perfect Golf & Beach Vacation
An absolutely perfect vacation. Golf course is beautiful and within walking distance. The condo was fully stocked with nothing lacking and the facilities (pool/beach) at Estrella del Mar are beautiful. Craig was available to answer all our questions and his condo was in a fantastic location in the complex. Can’t wait to return!!

Great location, a little difficult on checking in...
We arrived a little later in the afternoon on a weekend day and it was hard to find anyone to let us in the residence. We waited nearly 2 hours for someone from security to finally let us in. Upon entering it appeared that the PM wasn't aware of our arrival either as we found the residence half clean (pile of dirty towels on the bathroom counter, beds unmade, floors dirty, etc.). PM did show up soon after we were let in and proceeded to clean as we settled in. Aside from this hickup on the front end of our arrival, the location is spectacular and the general comfort of the residence was nice.

Fabulous!!
Craig's property is exactly as it appears in the photos. it is comfortable and welcoming! the pool is wonderful, the beach is private and quiet, the golfing is fabulous! We rented our golf clubs so would walk back to the condo via the beach. Pure heaven! Craig's neighbors are very welcoming and friendly! we can't wait until we can return. Thank you Craig!!!

Quiet seaside golf holiday
This is a lovely quiet beautiful place to spend a few weeks. The golf course is challenging and forgiving. The beach is pristine, huge and private. The condo is clean and well equipped. Would stay again.

Family Holiday
We rented three condos at Estrella del Mar to accommodate our two children, their families, and us, the parents for a December holiday. This property was actually a backup due to over booking of the contracted Vrbo listing. As such, the property was not really ready for rental (i.e., owners' clothes, belongings, etc. were still in closets, drawers, etc.) leaving us with suit case living. That said, the property was quite adequate in all other respects—view of the ocean and beyond to the rock out-croppings leading into Mazatlan harbor, access to pools, shuttle service to hotel and golf course, quality restaurants and amenities. Estrella del Mar itself is incredibly picturesque, and private. It is a bit of a commute for groceries, or into Mazatlan, a charming city with much to commend. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Estrella del Mar is an awsome place to get away from the hustle and bustle and spend some quality family time. Craig is extremely helpful, a gracious host and atentive to all his traveler's needs.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

We had the best time!
