A real nightmare, the room door had to slam it in order to closed. The elevator was dirty and too small.

Not good.

The owner advertised a completely different space. When he finally responded to my calls he said it was Expedia’s fault for the misrepresentation of the property. He did nothing to make my stay better. Simply denied responsibility.

Te hacen cargos inexplicables te hacen un cargo de 200-300 pesos más, sin motivo en la descripción de la habitación y la persona con la que te comunicas comenta que no sabe de esa situación que se cheque con otro departamento, el departamento está en buenas condiciones por el precio un poco de pintura no le caería mal

Solo ponen 2 toallas, y un papel de baño aunque se indique que es para 5 personas, estaban con construcción en la parte de atrás y es muy incómodo el ruido

Me dijeron que había trastes y utensilios de comida lo cual eran solo 1 vaso de vidrio . Y los sartenes ya estaban muy viejos . En la cocina hay plaga de asqueles lo cual se me echaron a perder varios de mis alimentos le comenté ala sra de limpieza pero no le importo y no me resolvió el problema. Los muebles de la sala estaban quebrados. El refri drena agua sin aparente motivo, solo había una tele jajaja era de las más pequeñas q existen. Toda la información q dan en su página es engañosa , los focos no servian. La verdad me quedo un mal sabor de boca con este departamento.

Algo decepcionante!!

Tiene muy buena ubicacion a dos cuadras de la playa; tiene cochera techada como estacionamiento. Nos permitieron hacer check in, 1.5 horas antes del tiempo establecido. Por otro lado, las instalaciones no estan en buenas condiciones como se ve en las fotos, ofrecen articulos de tocador y solo hay jabon para manos y un rollo de papel higiénico, ademas de solo 2 toallas para secarse, llevar las propias si son mas de 2 personas (en fotos aperece que si cuentan con mas de ellas). Yo me hospede por 2 noches y una de ellas, me tocó que en la casa que colinda con los condominios en la parte de atrás, tenian fiesta con banda en vivo, desde las 11 de la noche hasta las 7 de la mañana; se que son causas ajenas al condominio, aqui el comentario se hace porque se vio que no tienen las condiciones de aislamiento en las habitaciones, se escuchaba todo tal cual, ya que los patios son de pocos metros de separación.

Muy buena ubicación, instalaciones agradables, pero requiere algo de mantenimiento (pintura). Las amenidades de baño son muy escasas, tener en cuenta para no quedarse corto.

Excelente lugar muy limpio y muy moderno, lo único que no me gustó fue que tienes que esperar al encargado para recibir y entregar llaves, en mi caso yo quería salir a las 7am y por esperar terminé saliendo a las 9:30am.

En toda la estancia no acudieron a realizar limpieza ni cambio de blancos, tampoco se contó con papel sanitario suficiente ni elementos de aseo como jabón. El lugar es muy bonito espacioso y ventilado considero que si deberían dar servicio de limpieza, sobre todo en estancias como la nuestra de más de 3 días... La ubicación es muy buena cerca de la playa con muchos lugares para elegir alimentos, tienda y súper, además de contar con mucha privacidad... lugar maravilloso...

Solo tuvimos 1 problema: el departamento se quedo sin agua por que la bomba se ahogo sin embargo muy rapido lo fueron a reparar.. Otro detalle, los accesos a la zona donde esta el lugar se inundan durante las lluvias... hay que tener cuidado con eso.
