Staff was great, super friendly and accommodating. The pool/jacuzzi not in working condition as shown. Restaurant was closed and the terrace was closed as well. They could not locate the reservation done through Expedia either

We arrived just after 10pm, when the garage closed only moments before. The staff was still present and re-opened it for us. We used the covered gated parking area. The hotel is centrally located for Mazatenango proper. How water, fresh towels, soaps, and a complementary bottle of water were waiting for us. The area is safe and secure. There is a nice wall unit a/c which cranked out some super cold air. Next time I am in the area, I plan to stay at this hotel!
