The lower level features a cozy bedroom with two twin beds, while the upper level offers two more bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower on the first level and another with a tub on the second level, providing plenty of options for your needs. Relax on the beautiful front porch, where there is plenty of space for dining and unwinding. The large sitting area is perfect for gatherings, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home. You'll also have access to a smart TV, wall unit AC, and private washer and dryer. With its prime location and ample amenities, this home offers the perfect retreat for your Chautauqua getaway!

We have visited Chautauqua many times iand this house met all of our needs. It was nice to have on-site parking and a fully stocked kitchen. The place was clean and met our expectations. The indoor spaces are very spacious and there's a nice porch to sit on with plenty of porch furniture for guests.
