"The building is older but the bathroom in our room was very nice. The cafe next door was great and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located very close to everything and you can walk to Fisherman's Wharf"

"We only stayed one night as it was close to the airport, but the staff was friendly, the room was clean and there was lots of parking. Rooms could be a bit more soundproof but given it was just a night it worked!"

"This hotel was a nice surprise in a small town. It looked brand new and had everything we needed. I just wish breakfast went a little longer--when you're on holiday you don't necessarily want to get up early."

"The location is what this place has going for it. We did expect a view as depicted in the room pictures and did not get a response when we asked about this. Definitely the first floor in the port building has issues with continuous fan noise, so try to get a place in the starboard building or on the second floor."

"We needed a room for the ferry the next day. The reviews indicated this property was very good. Well, the location was good, but the room was needing some care, especially the washroom that had peeling baseboards and other appearance issues. A cleaner had just finished cleaning before we walked into the room, and the room smelled & looked clean, but the appearance overall was old and very “well-used”. When I went into the bathroom, there was a light brown bug that was almost an inch long & dead in the corner by the bathtub. Not the experience we were expecting. The reception staff was good, however I would look at another location to stay in the future unless upgrades are done."
