Brand New Lake House on Norris Lake ~ Includes Paddle Boards and Kayaks!

This is the perfect lake getaway for you and your family. This newly built home is located on a fairly large, quiet cove and comes equipped with modern amenities, a hot tub, and private access to a boat dock. The boat dock is approximately 20 x 30 with a single covered slip, multiple places to tie up your boat and an open area with chairs.

There are 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks available on the property for use (Guests will need to bring their own life jackets). If you want to bring your boat, there is a nice concrete public boat ramp about a 10-mile drive from the house where you can put your boat in the water. Can't bring your boat with you? Nearby, Beach Island Marina and Cedar Grove Marinas offer pontoon and ski boat rentals.

During the day, you'll have unfettered access to Norris Lake, the cleanest lake in East Tennessee. The dock sits in a cove that is quiet, undisturbed, and perfect for swimming and other types of water activities.

After a long day on the water, there is nothing more inviting than coming into a comfortable home and kicking up your feet. This home is equipped with a 60 inch satellite TV, internet service, a beautiful kitchen that will allow the most experienced chef to spread his or her wings, an outside deck with a gas grill for cooking when you don't feel like spending time in the kitchen, and a hot tub perfect for a relaxing end to your day.

Want to roast a few marshmallows? Grab those skewers and enjoy an evening by the fire pit under the stars. Or, turn off the screen and enjoy some spirited board games with your friends/family.

Family Getaway

Wonderful stay!

This newer home is amazing. We loved the huge screened in porch with a lovely view of the lake. This rental is well cared for and the kitchen has everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at this home. The house was probably the best stocked rental we’ve stayed at. The boat dock was great and we were able to keep our boat docked and covered the entire time. Highly recommend

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely lake house, and it was an unforgettable experience. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy the beautiful views while dining. The easy walk to the boat dock was a huge plus, allowing us to easily access our boat and spend quality time on the water.The house itself was very clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was fantastic—close enough to local attractions yet still secluded enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake.Our host Anthony and Kelley was incredibly nice and attentive, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this lake house for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Quiet retreat

A quiet getaway with great amenities! Beautiful location. Short boat trip to lake Norris. Not to far from all the beautiful places around. Will definitely stay there in the future.

Beautiful property and amazing location

We had a wonderful time during our short stay. The property is only about a 10 minute boat ride from Cedar Grove where we rented the pontoon boat and the covered boat dock was amazingly convenient. The property was super clean and just as described in the listing. We will definitely be a return customer.

VERY nice!

Great place, great location, great owner communication. Kitchen is very well stocked, plenty of room for couples to share and yet have their own space. The back porch is huge and so comfortable. Beautiful home.

Short Visit in Maynardville

In town to visit family. This property was spacious, quiet and conveniently located. Screened in porch was great place to hang out with company in evenings. We did take advantage of the kayaks and paddled out to the bridge and back. Nice quiet part of the lake to swim and hang out by.

Relaxing and Rejuvenating

Wonderful place to stay! Wonderful accommodations both inside and outside! Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, clean home, screened in back deck with seating, table, and hot tub. Great working grill and well stocked woodpile for the fire pit. Our family loved fishing off the dock, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The owners were wonderful to work with and we would love to return!

Nice house, kind of close to neighbors. The water was way down while we were there so kind of steep to dock. Dock was nice. chairs outside everywhere. beautiful view!

Fall Break

Great first time on Lake Norris. House was very clean and cozy, with everything we needed for cooking and grilling. We lucked out with sunny and warm weather, so really enjoyed the SUPs and kayaks during the day, and the hot tub at night. Another shoutout for the comfortable king bed. Just what we were looking for

Nice clean property. Great fire pit, open floor plan and easy fishing. We wanted a country area and it was definitely that. Grocery store only five miles away. Longer drive for a good restaurant though. Kids went to Dollywood and said it was a nice drive. Relaxing

Home was clean and as pictured/listed. Quiet location on the lake with short drives to the busy areas. Kayaks/boards were an excellent perk. Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing time with the option to drive to the action areas. Property manager quickly responded and accommodated my request for a last minute booking. Also let us know when someone was coming to property to check dock. Very nice stay

Tennessee retreat

We stayed in March and although our trip was cut short due to a family emergency (manager was very accommodating) we enjoyed our time. The dock and kayak launchers were great. There is a steep-ish incline from the water but we got used to it. The house is in the middle of farm land, closet store about 10mins away. We were the 1st to stay for the season and there were a few housekeeping issues that need to be worked on, but once again the manager was easy to communicate with and offered to fix the issue during our stay. Absolutely loved the covered porch! The hot tub was grrat.

Very clean and well set up house

This was a great rental home that was just as pictured. We did not use the lake due to weather but the house is on one of the fingers off the main lake so very quiet. The back porch was great and large enough for a bigger family. I appreciate the hot tub is blocked for privacy from the neighbors. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into making the house comfortable for guests. The best was the host whose communication was amazing and he even checked on our travel as we were going through during the recent hurricane.

If you'd like no steps on Norris, this is your dream

We've stayed on most parts of Norris Lake for a dozen years. This is the ONLY home that's had only a dozen steps to the dock. The house was clean and the owners were quite attentive. If I had to name two drawbacks, they'd include the long putt to the main lake (8-10 minutes) and the fit and finish of the kitchen (ie- lacking utensils). Thank you for a great stay!

Labor Day week

Excellent rental property. The pictures are about as true as they can be. Some properties try to make it look better than it is but these were vey accurate. The house had plenty of room and was well stocked with everything we needed,the location was perfect. Being in a no wake cove was perfect so your boat doesn’t get beat up.The covered boat slip and dock were also great. The walk down to the dock was easy slight slope compared to other places we stayed. I only had one question for the host about a public boat launch and he had a quick response time. We will definitely book here again and let everyone know you won’t regret booking this property.

Big piece of heaven

Beautiful home! What a large back screened in porch with spectacular views and hot tub. Some of the restaurants in maynardville were closed. But we did have a good meal at Pete’s restaurant. Host kindly sent us a listing of marinas before trip but we bad, and we didn’t call ahead. Boating rental was not a thing at this time. We fished from lovely dock And hubby got brave getting into kayak (but had trouble getting out as he didn’t want to get his shoes wet), ha. We didn’t wake early enough to get any bites. Kitchen is well equipped with pots pans and utensils. Soft sheets We heard coyotes one night. We would return again w boat and family

We loved our long weekend away at the lakehouse. Very clean, nicely decorated, beautiful views, and the large back porch was gorgeous. Hot tub was great, too! When we had a question for Anthony, he answered right away and was very friendly. Would stay again and highly recommend this lakehouse!
