This is our Soho Urban Disabled Ready Apartment. Located in a centric part of downtown Mayagüez, minutes from the plaza and restaurants. This is unit #1.1 of the 34 apartments in 5 different buildings. Enjoy the experience of staying at Orange B Living!
THE PROPERTY
The apartment is in a private building that has 7 units just for Short Term Rental. We provide assigned private parking which is well-illuminated and has security cameras for your peace of mind.
This unit is a one-bedroom apartment made specifically for Short Term Rental. It is intended for 4 guests. We provide a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed (medium hardness) and a queen-size sofa bed.
Have in mind this unit is a small apartment. We believe we did an excellent job spacing it out and making it very cozy and comfortable.
The space is not shared with anyone else, you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, eating area, and TV with comfortable sofabed.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and is right next to the assigned parking space, this makes it easy to use a wheelchair to move around.
We include towels, toilet paper, sheets and pillows, quilts, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
We offer high-speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix, amazon prime video, and other Roku channels with live streaming TV. There is no cable TV in our units (who uses that anyway).
Take advantage of 24/7 access to our coin-operated laundry facilities. Wash and dry your clothes for just $2.00 per cycle (8 quarters), with detergent provided for your convenience.
Each unit in this building comes with a designated private parking space. The parking area is gated, well-lit, and monitored by security cameras for added safety.

NOISE & SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT
This property is located in an active urban area. Guests may experience typical ambient noise from traffic, nearby businesses, neighbors, or the surrounding community. In Puerto Rico, it is also common for cars with loud music to pass by occasionally. Noise levels can vary depending on the time of day and other external factors.
To help improve comfort, earplugs are provided, and guests may use Alexa to play white noise.
INSECTS & TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT
Our property is located in a tropical environment where occasional insects are normal, even with regular professional pest control. This is part of island living and is not a reflection of cleanliness. While we take preventive measures, complete elimination of insects is not possible. This condition is disclosed in advance to support informed booking decisions.
SATURDAY CHECK-INS
Saturday check-ins are available only when Friday night is also available, allowing us to properly prepare the unit. We have a two-night minimum stay.
If you are able to book a one-night Saturday stay, this indicates a last-minute opening where Friday night remained unreserved, and you may proceed with the booking.
FRIDAY CHECK-INS
Our self-check-in process allows arrival anytime after 4:00 PM. Please ensure you have opened and reviewed all check-in instructions before Friday’s sunset. If you have any questions, we recommend reaching out earlier in the day.
BACKUP GENERATOR
While utility services (electricity, water, internet) are outside our control, the property is equipped with an automatic backup generator that powers the entire building during electrical outages.
PETS
Orange B Living is pet-friendly. One pet is allowed per reservation, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Pets may not be left unattended inside the apartment. A non-refundable pet fee of $30 applies. Please be sure to add your pet to the reservation prior to arrival.
