"Stayed for 2 nights and chose this 2 star property for its access to Alona beach. Roads are not maintained with huge potholes and flooding making it terribly muddy. Property is clean with basic amenities as sheets and clean towels, no toiletries provided with housekeeping on request. There's hot and cold filtered water at the front desk. There is also no grab or metered taxis so at the mercy of opportunists where everything is a package deal, with arbitrary prices with foreigners charged...

"We loved this place, staff were kind friendly and helpful. They set up airport transportation, tuk Tuks to go places, helped with organizing tours. You can walk to river side lunch cruise area. It was clean and had a great restaurant. We enjoyed our 2 nights there! "
