The one staff member (male 30ish, on till 11pm every night ) was great! But the girl that was on from 11-7 was horrific, try asking a question at the front desk and she would hang up Rod phone on you.

We chose this hotel for the swimming pool. Was a terrible choice as the pool was so freezing my kids didn't want to be in it. The hot tub barely warm at all as well. Was extremely disappointed in having to pay nearly $200 for one night and be able to enjoy a pool.
