"Staff is very friendly, environment is clean and high class, it’s in walking distance of all things downtown and overall a comfortable stay. Only downfall is no breakfast, BUT, they do have an amazing cocktail bar called “Candy Bar” and their cocktail specialties are unique and packed with flavor. Baristas at front of lobby are also kind, and lattes are spot on."

"This apartment was in a great location. We attended a baseball game and a concert, all within walking distance. Multiple choices of restaurants in the area. Once you're back in the neighborhood of the apartment, it is very quiet, clean neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a great size. Everything we needed was provided. Bedding, towels, kitchen items, etc.The only complaint we had was that the walls are thin. You can hear people in other rooms and in the hallway. We did feel like we had to be quiet when in the apartment. Not really a complaint, just something to take into account when booking. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel knew I would be in late, had hotels.com reach out and connect with them before we got there. Flight was delayed. When arrived the card reader “was down” and was given a code to get in the room at 1:30am. When I got to the room I thought I must have been given the wrong room number and that someone else was there because the room was a mess. Quickly went back downstairs and was told that the cleaning service had not been to the hotel “yet” today. Mind you it’s 1:30am. The front desk was extremely rude. Instead of offering another room they said I could take a seat and wait a couple hours for the front desk to clean the room? Yuck. With what materials? At 1:30am. Checked online and the hotel had several open and available rooms. The person at the front desk said since it was booked virtually we wouldn’t get a refund so it didn’t matter to them either way. Rude right? I am here on short notice for a funeral, flight is delayed and this is what happens. I don’t know how this hotel doesn’t have a zero. For the fraud they admit they commit, they should be kicked off the website. "
