Super clean and easy to get to. Great parking. Quiet. Multiple kitchens and plenty of bedrooms for some seclusion. Everything worked fine (even 3,000 video game box). Matt was fantastic to communicate with - quick response and checked in on any needs regularly. Very much enjoyed this beautiful property!
Our group of 25 spent our family Thanksgiving at this property. The surrounding area was beautiful and it accommodated our sleeping needs. From our group, the top complaint was that the main living room needed more lighting and because of that, we couldn't utilize that area for many activities.
Celebrated a wonderful Christmas with Family at Eagle Bluff Estates. 24 family members enjoyed the spacious acommodations with plenty of room to spare. We also had a birthday party for my father who turned 94 years old. Two separate living spaces allowed for additional space and and an area for those who were early to bed and early to rise. Rustic charm and cleanliness throughout. The home had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. I would highly reccomend Eagle Bluff Estates.
Was very grateful to find this place! I had a different place booked for months, but it received storm damage and they had to cancel it. I was able to find this place within 36 hours of over 13 people attending from all over the Midwest and Texas. Overall, we had a very good stay. Communication with the owner was great. It fit a group of people with plenty of space. Only thing I guess wasn't clear up front, but it could have been my fault, because we booked so quickly with the new property. Dogs are welcome, but you have to pay a fee per dog. Not a deposit that you get back. Just an FYI. Still had a great time! Beautiful view of the stars and super close to a lake/beach front! Maybe a 3
Family of about 18 spent 4 nights in July! Plenty of room, lots to do and everyone wants to go back next year. Beach is 1.5 miles away. We rented a pontoon, 2 waverunners and a kayak from Shipwreck Bay. Had a campfire at the house every night. Mosquitoes were terrible but we survived. The house is huge and comfortably fit us all. However, the most important comment is that Matt the host and owner was always available and responded promptly. The kids didnt have much luck fishing but they still had fun. GREAT FAMILY vacay!!!! Thanks Matt!!!
Great property for families with kids, in a beautiful setting. Easy access to Castle Rock Lake and the Dells. Matt is a great host—responsive and very helpful.
Beautiful, roomy and clean. We brought up some boats and its very close to the lake which was great!! The owner was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay again.
This rental was a perfect place for my family to gather. Lots of space for us to spread out. The kids were entertained by all the games downstairs. The location was secluded, but near lots of things to do. Beautiful property and scenery.
Great setting house surrounded by pines, beautiful rustic house plenty of room for a large group four bathroom would have been nice with one more on main floor. Very clean loved all the walk out porches on all levels of the house. Very dog friendly on a dead end road.
Loved eagle bluff estates! We had 3 families total for our Christmas get together and it was the perfect set up! Lots of space , rooms and bathrooms. Very clean and well cared for! Many game’s available!! Only suggestions I would have is to move the pool table to the basement, otherwise it was great!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
First of all, wow! So many rooms we could barely find our way around! The place was clean and it felt like a home. Enough space for everyone to find their space! Most of all, Matt, the owner, is by far the nicest person ive ever dealt with! He was so helpful and accommodating that he made the stay feel even better!! Highly recommend!

The cabin was fine except the stairs too the game area was very steep.
Chris was a great host! He was very accommodating to our requests for my mom’s 80th birthday. Check-in instructions were clear and helpful. The house was clean and well appointed and fully stocked. We had a small maintenance issue which was addressed quickly. The on-site contact person was very sweet and helpful! We could not have asked for a better visit. The space is ideal for multiple families with plenty of space to be together and to spread out. Overall a wonderful place; we would definitely stay here again easily!
I have been going outdoors for Memorial Day for that past 11 years and have stayed at various cabins throughout the years. Eagle Bluff was fantastic, would count it amongst the top. Very well maintained, lots of room, lots of amenities. The cabin has several patios and plenty of seating. Loved the outdoor firepit. Very close to the Black Rock Lake and the Wisconsin river. It is walkable distance. Half an hour away from Wisconsin Dells for an afternoon walk and ice cream. Would recommend visiting the Dirty Turtle and take a hike at Chapel Gorge Trail by Wisconsin Dells.

Decent place...
Stayed with a group of about 20. Not many lamps, so it was pretty dark. Found one of the light bulbs broken and another had an electrical socket with only one plug and the other was broken off. Place was not well stocked for 20 people (shortage of cups, dish washing solution, garbage bags) so we had to buy some of that on our own. There was also a funky smell to the garage/converted to house. Two of the TVs did not work as well.Owner was quick to respond but very pushy on adding more days to what was already a costly stay.
Property attendants were very responsive with issues and questions. The mosquitoes were terrible. The pond in the front was stagnant which caused a mosquito hatching ground. The amount of space was amazing. We had infants- grandparents and everyone was able to have their own space and find activities provided by rental. We always make dinner at our landing spot on our bonding trips. The amount of fridge space was great. Along with the cooking space options. The pool table and game room were hits with kids. The yard space in back gave the kids the opportunity to play outside while we were there, but the mosquitos limited the use.If the mosquitos were so awful the fire pit would had been great. We tried twice having a fire, but the mosquitos were just too much. Bug spray didn't help. Most days when we pulled in we were fortunate to see wildlife! One day 2 turkeys were laying in the road and a little fawn was sniffing them out. So cool! For being so far out, the internet worked great! They also had a good selection of movies for the littles.
