"The location and the place itself was nice. The basement was hard to keep warm. (cold temperatures out) We appreciated the cardboard put on the ice to keep from slipping at the entrance outside. The spa was not functional and that was a disappointment as we were looking forward to it. It is minutes away if you need groceries. "

"The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. The view from the garden and spa is amazing! Staff is very polite and Nice. We had the mezzanine suite: very Nice and clean. Beautiful view on the lake. The only reason i gave 4 stars is that some areas would benefit from some TLC and there was no elevator: we were on the 3rd floor and had some luggage for a long week-end stay."
