"First room - gross. Sticky floor , dirty carpet, broken AC, over frozen fridge that dripped. Called. Got a new room that was a little better on the 3rd floor but smelled like bleach. I stayed in that one cause it was 11:30pm. I got what I paid for. Do not recommend. And the rating on this app is BS."

"The check in went ok. When we went into our room, it smelt the urine. The room looked clean but to did not smell clean. Couldn’t ask for a different room because they were totally sold out for the weekend. Courtyard needs to do better."

"I did not like it when you give your cards into the hands of the employee and when the give it back to you, they place it on the counter and not in your out stretched hand. That is unacceptable when servicing the public."

"Stayed in a king suite was very clean had fridge microwave nice TV only thing never get a room by the exist doors we heard the door open and close all night very hard to sleep it was a slamming noise every time someone came in or out"

"Staff excellent but I shouldn’t have to deal with staff if room was in order. They need to sell rooms for the pool. The pool is the ONLY thing going for this place, not open all day. It’s small, not as big as in picture. We booked the premium room, which was not. It was the size or a regular motel room with 2 beds. It had a sink in the middle that was supposed to have a dishwasher. Was an empty space where dishwasher was removed and not replaced. There were two screws poking out that scratch the baby when he went into the space. Aso a huge sticky rat trap with something on top on it sticking halfway out from under the bed. I’m glad the baby didn’t step on it. There was one towel and 2 rags for a two bed room for 4 people. No roaches like other reviews and we didn’t see any rats. The beds and pillows were the worst! The bed I slept in was broke and leaning on one side. I was literally laying all night trying to not roll down out of the bed. It was hard and firm and literally leaning sideways. This room should have never tried to be rigged and rented out. The pillows was so flat it was like not having a pillow. My daughter said the pillows were as flat as their bar of soap. Soap looked like a shaven slither of a hotel bar of soap. At 4:30 I got up and checked under the bed to see what the problem was. The bed was broken and they tried to rig it with a piece of wood they propped under the foot.Only raised it 1 in. Need to keep rooms cheap to rent for swimming only. 50.00 range"

"Nice big room. Person at front desk was always nice. There was dirt on carpet next to walls. Also saw a blue pill on floor. Electrical outlet with no cover and no hot water. When we went down in morning for coffee the whole staff was sitting around front desk on phones and eating the complementary bfast. I would not recommend!"

"The noise during the night was so loud. We were on the 2nd floor and the people above carried on until 4 a.m."
