2 levels, if you require an elevator for access enquire directly to double check I didnt see an elevator.
The room was nice but the TV wouldnt display (no signal) and I wasnt able to get it working. Called desk after-hours for assistance but gave up.
I will definitely stay here again

The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was great. The sauna and hot tubs were wonderful. Sandeep Kaur was especially helpful and pleasant. All in all a great stay
