Cozy Neighborhood Home

Exactly what we were looking for. A nice house with 4 bedrooms for us to sleep and eat at for celebrating a long holiday weekend in Maumelle, AR close to Little Rock. Host was extremely responsive and all needs were met. Lots of room downstairs for the kids to play.

Awesome Time in Maumelle

My stay at this property was awesome. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was amazing and responded to my questions quickly. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again. Maybe next time it won’t rain as much.

Comfortable and Quiet

This rental met all of our hopes.Our family home is in the forest, tucked just outside a small town, so we were initially apprehensive about staying in a suburban neighborhood. We were delighted to see the neighbors were polite and kept a calm amd quiet community.The house was very clean and maintained excellently, the furniture (especially the couches and beds) comfortable, and the overall atmosphere helped us to really relax.

Peaceful

Looking for a nice, quite place to decompress & relax? This is it! A true home away from home. Location is great! It's not far from shopping & restaurants. My children (ages 9, 13, & 16) rated it an 11 out 10 (without TVs in the bedrooms) gave us time to reconnect in a world that's technology-based. While sitting on the deck early in the morning, we saw bunnies...nice & peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The house was impeccable!! If we ever visit the area again, we'll choose this place! 10/10

In love with Maumelle

My family and I stayed in the house for the solar eclipse viewing. We didn't realize that the lake was so close. Which was a huge plus. The house was beautiful and spacious. They had plenty of board games etc to keep us all occupied and having fun as a family. Mr. Hung was quick to answer any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend this beautiful property. We plan on visiting Maumelle again hopefully in the fall and will be in contact with Mr. Hung to use this property again. Thank you Mr. Hung for being so hospitable.

Perfect space!

The property owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs while we stayed, clearly communicated with us, and made the stay so comfortable and easy! The home is in a beautiful neighborhood, exactly as shown in the pictures, and located in a great spot. We were in town for a wrestling camp, and it was perfect for our travel to and from and a nice place in between sessions!
