Fabulous Fairburn!

Loved this hotel. Small rooms with everything you need and more. Staff were lovely. Comfortable bed, very nice dinner. Would recommend

We had read some reviews that were older, and we’re not sure what to expect. This ended up being a jewel of a place to stay. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, they even had a fan, and the bathroom had everything we needed. The dining area was quaint and the food was fabulous. This was a great stay.

Great food and staff

We booked here for it's easy drive to Dumfries House. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant and bar are nice informal and relaxing areas. Our weather was poor, so we couldn't take advantage of the great looking garden area. The room was small but adequate with a nicely refurbished ensuite. Pretty much as we expected for a 3 star small hotel /inn really.

Simply Brilliant.

Superb !! We we welcomed in a friendly and professional manner on arrival. Room was lovely and cosy. Well stocked with amenities such as hair dryer, iron, ironing board and slippers to mention a few. Lovely and relaxing beer garden. We were so well look after during dinner. The waitress’ were so tentative and so good at their job. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back. First class.

The Fairborn Hotel is located in “Burns” and Scotland golf country with plenty to visit and/or just be social. The food in the hotel was of particularly of good standard and the staff were always friendly and could not do more for you. We had a great time.
