The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bedding was crisp and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked well considering Vienna had a heat wave of 34/35 C. Garage was very clean and convenient to the elevator to the hotel. Would stay here again.

We were told to try the pizza by the staff but when we went on our first night at 9pm, we were asked if we had a reservation and when we said no (obviously), the server told us, “I don’t have room for dinner”. We found out the next day that we could have taken it back to our room. Just disappointed in the lack of communication from the server. So if you want to try the pizza make sure you make a reservation.

"Extremely unique Brazilian theme. Our room was a suite with a balcony, so it was nice to sit outside in the evening. However, the curtains fell off the rods when opening the balcony door and there is no individual controlled air conditioning. We did receive a fan from the front desk which was fine. ..."
