Beautiful!
Gorgeous hotel and location with great facilities. The grounds were lovely with a unbelievable view of the cliffs and Adriatic Sea. It had a nice beach with complementary lounge chairs and activities. The beach was 6 stories below the cliff but easily accessible by elevator! They have two beaches and both are accessible by elevator. Nice bar and restaurant. There is a dress code for the restaurant for dinner so be sure to bring more than beach wear. The drive to the hotel is on a windy steep road but the views are absolutely stunning.

The most amazing place in Gargano

Beautiful beach but.....
This hotel has so much going for it but it fell short of being a place I would return. The location is amazing but the hotel is looking tired. We had a classic room but wish we had chosen a higher category. Our room was ok (great air con and strong shower) the balcony was cramped and not very private. Our biggest issue was the lack of alternative restaurant facilities in the evening .

Beautiful hotel with unbelievable beach
Hotel, beach, breakfast were amazing ... do yourself a favor and skip dinner - yuk. Opt instead for the little trattoria at the top of the hill from the hotel entrance - excellent. VASILI. At the front desk went above and beyond to be helpful.

We visited this hotel on our honeymoon and it was a lovely experience. Staff were attentive and friendly and the grounds were beautiful, including the private beach. Weather was a little chilly in late September but still warm enough for a quick dip in the sea.

One of the best places I've ever been.
Yes, rooms are just ok: brown wooden wardrobe, a bed and a simple bathroom with a shower. But who cares? The place is incredible: the 2 beaches are wonderful, especially the north one and if you get a canoe (free service) and spend an hour exploring the caves nearby you will really understand why Gargano is unique. Swimming pool is very nice and big as well. I didn't go to the restaurant but if you don't like it you have various alternatives nearby. I strongly suggest this place.

Unbelievable travel stay..
The front desk staff was fabulous...Irena and George especially. Fantastic resort on the cliffs looking out to the Adriatic with a beautiful beach below. Unforgettable experience. A bit difficult to fine...about 15 km beyond Mattinatta, Great breakfast and dinner. For a bit of variety, eat at the small restaurant at the top of the hill/entrance. Mama and Tia do the cooking, papa and son wait. Pasta to die for.

We look forward to returning to this hotel again.
We made a last minute booking at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The main hotel buildings are located at the top of a cliff that enjoys panoramic views over the Adriactic Coast. It is surrounded by well maintained and tidy gardens and has ample car parking. The hotel was clean and and staff were polite and friendly. The choice of dishes on the menu was limited but we were pleased with the quality of our meals, including those eaten at the beach bar. The private beach is accessed either by stairs or lift. It is well managed and provides excellent swimming. It also provides good views of the nearby coastline. Our room was equipped with a wall safe, a good shower and effective air conditioning. We intend to return again.

Awesome resort - recommend staying here!!
Awesome beach reaort! The must go to place around this region! Peaceful remote location and private beach with lovely blue waters!! Cannot be missed. Please drive if you want to explore the area and have a variety of food. Otherwise you are stuck to limited choice meals in the resort. Nearby town of Mattinata is good to explore and only 15 kms away from the resort. Hard to get reservations, but totally worth it if you manage.

Posto incantevole Struttura più che consigliata Da migliorare: - attività e servizi da implementare - i conti di ogni singola consumazione (bar o ristorante che sia) andrebbero portati a fine consumazione così da poter conoscere la spesa lasciandone copia al cliente - da migliorare qualità e scelta cibo pasti ristorante e bar in spiaggia (colazione eccellente) - dotarsi di cassetta medica per urgenze (non era a disposizione nè in piscina nè alla reception ammoniaca o altro post puntura) - migliore qualità accompagnamento musicale durante il giorno (non ci si può affidare a delle casse Wi-Fi collegate al cellulare di bagnìni e camerieri con loro selezione musicale)

Location incantevole, vista sulla scogliera dall'hotel e dal bar strepitosa. La struttura è immersa nel verde, ed è molto piacevole anche passeggiare o usufruire dei vari angoli relax, inclusa una bella piscina. Camere ben curate, personale professionale, con qualche eccezione. Ci sono 2 ascensori privati che portano alle 2 spiagge, molto belle e con ombrellone, lettini, telo compresi. Colazione di qualità e abbondante. Ristorante con vista mozzafiato e di buon livello, un po' caro.

Nice and quiet isolated resort. Beautiful location with a nice view from the restaurant. A private beach is elevator accessible. The staff are very friendly and nice. Classic rooms are old fashioned and require refurbishment. Varied breakfast buffet in the restaurant with a beautiful view. However, a bit ruined by all small flying insects already eating from the buffet and wasps trying to eat us and our breakfast. The second day they covered the buffet.

Hotel in einzigartiger Lage mit 2 Traumstränden
Das aller Schönste an diesem Aufenthalt waren natürlich die beiden Strände - einfach ein Traum. Mit dem Lift sehr bequem zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer - obwohl gehobene Kategorie mit Meerblick - war ziemlich klein. Super fand ich, dass die Liegen je nach Zimmerkategorie zugeteilt werden. Reservieren mit Handtüchern gibt es hier nicht. Der Südstrand wurde leider am 9. September schon geschlossen, da das Hotel nicht mehr ausgelastet war (es schließt Ende September bis Mai). Das Restaurant liegt phantastisch, die Preise sind allerdings sehr gehoben und - was ich gar nicht gut fand - man wusste bis zur Abrechnung am letzten Tag nicht, was man für ein Menu eigentlich zu bezahlen hat. Unterschrieben hat man nur die Auswahl der Speisen - Preisangabe gab es keine. In der Nähe gibt es allerdings nette kleine Restaurants.

PROBLEMA CON PUBLICAR LOS PRECIOS
Tienen una política de no publicar ni mostrar al cliente los precios de las comida ni las bebidas en el Hotel. Tomando en cuenta que es un Hotel bastante aislado, las opciones de cena con o si o si, pero es casi imposible que te digan el precio, , al igual que los almuerzos en el pequeño restaurant ubicado en la playa. No lo entendemos, máximo cuando no hay ninguna otra opción,

The location and the beach is just as shown on the pictures. Beautiful and very peaceful. The hotel and the staff try to act like a five star luxury hotel, but they are not. The bathroom was quite old (in the classic room) and also the details And the furniture don’t fit that behaviour. It is a nice place with an ok standard to relax if you Don’t mind not to feel welcome at all by the hotel staff. They hardly speak English and they do not take care if you have any questions or problems. At the beach you have 2 lounge chairs, you are not allowed to change them to any better ones, even though there is nobody else on the beach..... not flexible at all....they offer a menu for dinner at the restaurant. I would not recommend this. They don’t let you know about the prices (menu with no price for food or drinks) and they even will not tell you after dinner, asking about the price makes them angry..... the quality of the food was also not good. The price was way to high for the quality served. If you choose this hotel, I recommend a nice familyrun restaurant up the hill where you have a good homemade pasta at a reasonable price. All in all, it’s ok to book this hotel but don’t expect too much. I never felt this unwelcome at any hotel before.

Unico problema è la Wi Fi che nonostante la fibra ottica che è stata portata non va al 100% ma a tratti e nei luoghi comuni, esempio sulla spiaggia ed alla reception. Confido in una risoluzione del problema poichè ho lasciato il mio cuore in quell' hotel. Posto pieno di insenature e di viste mozzafiato

Natura incantevole! Mare e relax allo stato puro!
I punti forti di questo hotel sono decisamente la posizione (fantastica), il giardino, la spiaggia ed il mare. Visto il periodo (pieno agosto), abbiamo optato per la comodità di una spiaggia privata ed attrezzata e la scelta di questa struttura è risultata ottima. Natura meravigliosa, hotel tranquillo, silenzioso, immerso in un bel giardino. Le camere purtroppo sono un po' datate (commento comune a molte altre recensioni quindi eravamo in qualche modo "preparati"). Considerando la struttura ed il contesto, andrebbero decisamente ristrutturate. Pulizia buona. Colazione buona, sala per la colazione in confronto molto triste. Personale gentile, ma con ampio margine di miglioramento (soprattutto in spiaggia)

Albergo sicuramente da provare. Molto scenografico, ambienti curati e raffinati, ascensore che porta direttamente alla spiaggia (il che, per la zona, è sicuramente un vantaggio). Insomma, "chic". Le camere un pò piccole , comunque pulite e curate. Difetto: i bagni, piuttosto "sottotono" rispetto al resto; da un albergo così certo non mi aspettavo i bicchieri di plastica per gli spazzolini , e mi sarei aspettata una fornitura toilette più ricca. Pochi e rari i bimbi, sicuramente non è albergo per famiglie (anche se ci sono gli spazi e i confort), clientela piuttosto "agée"

L’hitel è bello ed in ottima posizione. Il prezzo pagato comunque nn si adatta alle camere che sono piccole e con arredamento un pò minimalista. Insomma bella la spiaggia, bello il contesto ma l’hotel all’interno delle stanze ha bisogno di una svecchiata.
