non avete prenotato qui...
la nostra prenotazione secondo la Signora non era valida men che meno la fattibilità della mezza pensione come appunto da prenotazione, lo sbaglio ci sta ma almeno si potrebbe rimediare con la cortesia questa sconosciuta.
