This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "Lovely hotel. Frau Winkler-Robinig gave us a warm welcome. The rooms were beautifully furnished and had air conditioning. The entire hotel was clean and well-kept. Frau Winkler-Robinig recommended a charming Gasthof just 100 meters away, where we had dinner. The breakfast was excellent, with everything you could wish for — she even made scrambled eggs and sausages for those of us who wanted it. A strong recommendation from us — we will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!"
